The cult of Muhammad and of Islam is not a religion but a fascist cult. It is supremacist, racist and Jihadic. It merges church and state. 'Those who tear out' references the ripping out of infidel souls by pious and superior Muslim angels on the day of judgement. The 'believers' will have their souls gently removed by the caring angels of Al-Lah [79:2]. Not so the Infidels. Divine beings who follow the Allah [or is it Mohammed?] thing and dialectical force and punish non-Muslims.
“By the (angels) who tear out (the souls of the wicked) with violence:” [79:1]
They are punished for ignoring the Allah thing [or is it Mohammed?]:
“And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see, - Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, ..The abode will be Hell-Fire.” [79:36-38]
Transgressing bounds in Islam means rejecting the Koran and Mohammed. This Sura specifically targets the Christians and Jews reminding them of the story of Moses. Apparently the Allah thing punished the Pharoah [Ramses II] for ignoring the signs of Moses. In the Koran Moses is a Muslim. The Jewish Yahweh is magically transformed into the Allah thing. The message is clear. Islam is the natural monotheism of all men and has been for eternity. Therefore you the Jews and you the Christians must follow Mohammed because only he [and his invention the Allah], are the true paths to peace and enlightenment.
Since the hated Infidels reject Muhamamed they must be punished, tormented, killed and consigned to Hell-fire. Out of 46 verses in this Sura, only 20 are hate speech verses. The hate speech or Infidelophobia includes:

By those (angels) who pull out (the souls of the disbelievers and the wicked) with great violence; |

|
And by those angels who arrange to do the Commands of their Lord, (so verily, you disbelievers will be called to account). |

|
On the Day (when the first blowing of the Trumpet is blown), the earth and the mountains will shake violently (and everybody will die), |
|
|
(Some) hearts that Day will shake with fear and anxiety. |
|
|
Their eyes cast down. |
|
|
They say: "Shall we indeed be returned to (our) former state of life? |
|
|
"Even after we are crumbled bones?" |
|
|
They say: "It would in that case, be a return with loss!" |
|
|
When his Lord called him in the sacred valley of Tuwa, |
|
|
Go to Fir'aun (Pharaoh), verily, he has transgressed all bounds (in crimes, sins, polytheism, disbelief, etc.). |
|
|
And say to him: "Would you purify yourself (from the sin of disbelief by becoming a believer)", |
|
|
But [Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] belied and disobeyed; |
|
|
Then he turned his back, striving hard (against Allah). |
|
|
So Allah, seized him with punishment for his last [i.e. his saying: "I am your lord, most high") (see Verse 79:24)] and first [(i.e. his saying, "O chiefs! I know not that you have a god other than I" (see Verse 28:38)] transgression. |

|
Verily, in this is an instructive admonition for whosoever fears Allah. |
|
|
But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), |
|
|
The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, |
|
|
And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, |
|
|
Then, for him who Tagha (transgressed all bounds, in disbelief, oppression and evil deeds of disobedience to Allah). |
|
|
Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; |
Rather clear. The Unbeliever [criminal, transgressor, polytheist which includes all Christians] is going to Hellfire. The key to the Sura is the story of Moses and 79:26 'Verily, in this is an instructive admonition for whosoever fears Allah'. Fear the Al-Lah deity and Meccan moon idol. Don't try to understand him – only Al-Lah has free-will and knowledge, you don't. Don't deny the supremacy of the Koran, supposedly his or its creation. Don't reject Muhammad, his chosen human mouth piece. Simply shut up, follow the Koranic programme, obey Muhammad and fear the wrath of Al-Lah. If not you are doomed:
